As part of ongoing efforts to align with evolving CMS guidelines, we're making some changes to HRA incentives, our Star Sellers Program, and AHIP training discounts. Your partnership and trust are important to us so here’s what you need to know.
Star Sellers Program (SSP):
Our Star Sellers Program will end on September 30, 2024. Your final program year standing will be based on all CMS approved applications written on or before August 31, 2024. You will stop earning Broker Bucks on this date.
You'll have until September 29, 2024 to use your Broker Bucks in the marketing portal. Any unspent Broker Bucks will expire and be removed on September 30, 2024.
You must achieve Gold or Platinum tier by July 1, 2024 to be eligible to receive the AHIP code that covers the full cost. AHIP codes must be used by August 15, 2024 and will expire on that day.
Health Risk Assessments (HRAs):
We will continue to pay the HRA incentive on PY2024 applications through December 1, 2024 effectives. PY2025 applications are not eligible for the HRA incentive, regardless of when they are completed.
However, we firmly believe in the significant benefits of HRAs for our members and encourage you to continue submitting them. HRAs help match members with Devoted Health services and answers don’t impact an enrollee’s premium or application processing.
Members who are enrolling in a special needs plan (SNP) will receive a Devoted Dollars Mastercard® prepaid card1 for completing the HRA and staying enrolled in our SNP plan.
AHIP Training Discounts:
We will continue to offer a $50 discount on AHIP training until September 19, 2024. You can continue to access AHIP training through the Devoted Health link on September 20, 2024, but the discount will no longer be available.
If you receive an AHIP code through our Star Sellers Program, you must use the code by August 15th, 2024. The code will expire on that day.
Important FAQs:
Q: Will I still have access to the marketing portal after September 30, 2024?
A: Yes, you will continue to be able to log into the marketing storefront to access digital marketing materials, curated presentations, customizable digital assets, and free social media posts. You'll also be able to use your credit cardto purchase other marketing assets such as apparel, promos, event and field tools, etc.
Q: What if I am Platinum tier and have not received my customized item?
A: Your earned reward will be mailed to you by the end of September.
Q: What will happen to my Kaplan continuing education subscription? A: Your subscription will expire on September 30, 2024.
